Shipping Time
Shipping times vary based on the distance from the shipping location in Hong Kong. Generally, deliveries to Asia take up to 7 days, while North America, South America, Europe, and Australia usually take 7–14 days.
Tracking Number
All orders include a tracking number. We will email the tracking number to you once your package has been shipped.
Customs Duties
All product prices include customs duties. You only need to track the shipping progress using your tracking number and wait for your package to arrive.
Special Situations
Incorrect Address
Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. I will ship the package exactly to the shipping address provided. If the shipping address is incorrect, please update it before the package is shipped (before you receive the tracking number). Once the package has been shipped, the address cannot be changed, and any losses will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Lost Package
In the event that a package is lost during shipping, the seller will cover all losses. Buyers can choose to have the order resent or receive a full refund.
Failed Delivery
Failed deliveries can occur if the courier is unable to reach the buyer. If this happens, we will also try to contact you. As long as the shipping address is correct, and you can be reached via email and phone, I guarantee 100% delivery.
